Notes
Steeped grains for 20 min at 157 degrees
Added all extract at start of boil
Added .5 of Columbus and 1oz of cascade 10 min after extract was stilled in.
Added 1.5 oz of Columbus hops at 50 min boil.
Brought temp down to 80 degrees and pitched yeast
Didn't take Hydrometer start reading but finish was 3.
Next Brew dry hop with 1oz Willimette.
