Notes
Adjusted original recipe from 5 to 6 gallons. Also replaced Tettnanger hops in the original recipe with German Tettnang.
Steep grains at 150 F for 30 minutes.
Add DME, LME and bittering hops and bring to boil
Boil for 45 min
Add flavoring hops and irish moss
Boil 13 minutes
Add aroma hops
Cool to below 80 F
Add water to obtain 6 gallons
Add yeast and aerate
rock and roll
Adjust priming sugar based on final volume to be bottled
This is yet untested. My first batch got a bug and turned on me AGH!
