12 qt Batch sparge with 12 qts. boiling water. Should bring temp. around 168. Rest for 10 min. vorlauf . Run into kettle. Sparge -- 203 °F 20 min
8 qt Batch sparge again, vorlauf bring kettle up to volume. Sparge -- 170 °F --
