Notes
basically was about to brew a West Coast AIPA and then thought I should use up all the Urquell slurry available so decided since the AIPA recipe called for 5 weeks of fermenting, cold crashing etc I may as well do it with Lager. I might sub out some American Ale malt with some Munich
