Notes
Should be a tasty, well balanced, drinkable IPA with citrus and pine dominating hops. Trying gypsum for "crisper" hop character. Leaving out the 5.2 this time... see what happens.
REVISED: Columbus accent + simcoe, centennial, mosaic: a bit bolder/danker. Let's hope gypsum brings out the hops.

Liking the 007. 002, 090 or 001 all acceptable. Not much time for a starter...
went: 1062, finished 1015 ABV 6.17
90 min pilsner boil = crazy boil off = added 3 litres spring water to hit volume. Came out a touch sweet, mighta been hoppier (dilution). Take into account for re-brew of this recipe...
