NOTE this recipe seem doom from the start:
1) 68% effeciency down due to incomplete mashing
2) flavour seem harsh due to using too much chocaolate and nearly out of date
3) used 200g galaxy pellet fir dry hop (too much and fir too long 9 days!!):vegital
4) forgot kettle finings so beer looked like much
5) had to use two sets of finings before getting it crystal clear
6) due to watering up several times now a weaker beer from 6.31% to 5.72, IBU down from 62 to 56.

However prior to bottling its not too bad and i hope the vegital taste will fade
