Was unable to control fermentation for 4 days. Fermentation started at 22' for two days & likely dropped to 17-18' for the next two. Temperature was then controlled at 19-20 degrees through completion of primary. Does not appear to have affected the beer as there are no off flavours whatsoever, (thought the yeast may add some). Finished quite dry is all.
