Notes

Used up the rye and bit if black patent I had laying around. Taste nice roasted smokey at transfer

Sampled after one week in the bottle and very tasty. Will use more smoke malt next time. It was noticeable but hit more of s roasted dark chocolate flavor out if it which was fine. Try it again next month
