Notes
Pitched Lallemand DRY-97 West Coast Ale yeast in place of Safale-05
Best Tasting Wort compared to all other recipes to date.
Longer than usual Fermentation Lag time -- Suspect due to cooler starting temp = 62F vs usual 68F// 16 Hours in, no kraussen.
Started with 4 gallon boil for 90 min... Reduced to 2 gallon (ie 2. gallon boil off). Added 1 gallon to make 3 gallon batch
