Notes
A quick and dirty(QAD) extract recipe.
Start with 6-9L water and bring to the boil. Dissolve the first batch of extract, top off to 11L and bring back to boiling. Add the hops as per the schedule. 15 minutes before knock-out add the rest of the extract.
Chill to under 40C, add to fermenter and top up to 21L. Pitch yeast when under 30C.
Substitute hops as desired(hops listed were from what I have lying around).
