Notes

Add grains, steep at 150 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove grains and let drip dry as bringing to boil,
Add malt extract (careful to not scorch). Add hops as scheduled

Cool and ferment at 65-68 degrees for about 3 weeks
Secondary, minimum 12 weeks
