I could taste the flavours come through individually but felt the chocolate needed more pronunciation. If I am being critical I would say the beer was lacking something...like it was thin. I hit my numbers and finished with a ~5.25% ABV. To be fair to the recipe I did need to substitute some of the malts due to limited availability in my area and I do need to pour a few more just to be sure I have the same experience.

Grain bill used for my brew:
2-ROW PALE MALT (ORGANIC) - GWM
Chocolate Malt (Pale) - TF&S
Chocolate Malt - Thomas Fawcett
Caramel (Crystal) 60 Malt (Canadian ) - Maker's Malt
Flaked Oats (Canadian ) - Maker's Malt
