Notes

This is a work-in-progress Burn'em Coconoats clone.

Burn'em is using Maris Otter, Toasted Oats, Victory, and Honey Malt, from what I gather.

Hops profile is a total shot in the dark with what I have on-hand. Yeast is also a guess.

Not positive, but I think they may also use wheat for this recipe. I am working on a recipe as well using either two-row or MO, caravienne, oat, wheat and c20. Perhaps there is some honey malt in there as well. The hops and amount of toasted coconut are my biggest question marks. I know it's been three years, but have you tried brewing this yet?

I brewed this not long after recipe creation, and not again since. I honestly don't remember how close it was to the Burn' Em version, but it was good either way. I think I'd just ditch the pineapple altogether.
