24 hours in advance of brewing
Create yeast starter with 4oz Extra Lt DME and 1.5 Quarts of water.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Cool to room temp.
Pitch yeast and agitate
Bottle priming:
4.6 oz cane sugar in 1 quart of water
Boil for 10 minutes.
Cool to room temp.
Stir into beer.
