This has come out really well indeed, I'm very happy with it. It has a great head and head retention. Good flavours, spot on with the style.
The hop balance is good, although I might decrease slightly next time to 30-35 grams
I'll drop the roasted barley to 125g as its a touch dark
And drop the carbing sugar to about 70g as its a little over carbonated for my liking, although its within range for the style.
