Notes

Brewed on Superbowl Sunday 2/1/15 in Nikki's kitchen.
"Brew in a bag" infusion mash with a cast out volume of 2 gallons split between two 1 gallon carboys. Dry hopping one with 1 oz. Amarillo and the other with something else.
Hit all of my numbers pretty much spot on so far.
