Mash
grains at 160 F for 60 minutes. Add wort to LME wort, return to boil, add chinook hops; Add 0.5 oz crystal hops at 30 minutes; Add Irish Moss at 50 minutes; Add 0.5 oz crystal hops at end of boil; Add coffee at end of boil (2oz HyVee House Blend prepared in 16 oz H20 hot filtered)
Sg = 1063 on 1/19/15
Rg = 1023 on 1/31/15
Bg = 1023 on 2/28/15
Bottled with 3.5 oz priming sugar
Flat after 1 week; Low carbonation at 3 weeks; good carbonation at 5 weeks
