Notes
after 4 days in primary fermenter and 2 weeks in secondary, the beer was bottled with 110g of corn sugar for 24l of finished product
FD (1.022)was a bit high (not that surprised as I was in the high end of mash temp)
the beer cleared up very well @ 15 deg C and no of taste flavour were detected when sampling.
