Notes

Nice and tasty but think it could do with some nelson earlier in the boil and more mosaic later (essentially evening out their additions). Reduce 1min addition to 40g. Carbonate to 2.0

Scored 90 in the Craft Beer Co Homebrew awards. Could have done with a longer finish.
