Notes
Spiced Bourbon:
1.5 c. dark bourbon (Jim Beam Black, eg)
1.5 tbsp ground allspice
1.5 tbsp ground cloves
1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
1.5 tsp ground nutmeg
1 vanilla bean, split
Added spice to Bourbon with hops bag for 2 weeks, shaking intermittently, and added to beer when moved to secondary
