Please see blonde ale reduced OG from 2024. 2nd place received and judge stated "Judge: Hop bitterness overpowers the malt flavors. Better balance would improve score." Therefore reduced 60 min addition to 0.5oz instead of 0.75oz. I added the 0.25 oz to the 5min addition.
