Notes

Second brewing of experimental usage of sour cherry concentrate. First was delicious but going for more. Attempting to get Rodenback grand cru taste without years of aging. Hoping to achieve extra sweetness with wheat, corn, and 2 hr boil. And more complex sour flavors with Philly sour yeast. A couple weeks on toasted oak should add barrel aged taste. I hope
