Notes

The best beer that I have ever brewed. Crystal clear with a vibrant amber colour, this beer has spicy and resinous flavours and an appetizing bouquet. The bittering is very rounded; present and lingering but not at all harsh. The beer is not too alcoholic, has acceptable head retention and has a dry finish.

"Bra"... Named after the excellent song by Cymande (British funk band of the 1970's). See also my other Cymande inspired recipe "Fug".
