Notes
warmed 10 litres sparge water (75celcius) on the stove to sparge once grain was lifted and drained.
forgot to add Gypsum at the start. Added after 30 Mash-in
3 mars : OG 1.064 ( I tested this a few times thinking it was not possible! Went to the brew shop to compare my tester and it is good!!)
18 mars : racked to secondary
29 mars : G 1.013 (encore haut?) claire en éprouvette et bon goût... un peu éffervescente
6 avril : kegged. Purged air with CO2. Cold crashing in the keg. Will carbonnate after a coule days.
