Notes
1) 1.25 gal water
2) Steep grains for 30 mins at 153F
3) Add 1.5lbs Pilsner LME
4) Heat to 203F (low rolling boil)
5) Boil for an hour
6) Last 5 mins add .5oz Idaho #7
7) Chill to ~70F
8) Add wort to sani'd fermy!
9) Pitch half of yeast pack
10) Shake the hell out of the fermy for 30 sec
11) Take gravity reading (1.061)
12) Ferment for 5 days, add dry hops
13) Either rack to secondary after 7 days or bottle condition for 7 additional days
