Notes
Very nice floral notes with Yakima Valley Hops, Hallertau Mittelfruh and Spalt Select. This was my first attempt at a Pilz but as you can tell with all the Vienna and Munich malt it ended up with a sweet malty, mild biscuit yet delicate flavor. A nice white head that lasted till the last drop. A restrained bitterness that is easily drinkable. Next time I will drop the Vienna and see what happens in the hopes for a Pilz quality.
