Notes
1) 7.25 gal water (add cal chloride)
2) Heat to 162F (target 152F)
3) Add Lactic Acid. Adjust to 5.4 pH
4) Slowly add grain, mix
5) let grain rest at 152F for 60 mins
6) remove bag w/grain from wort
7) Bring to low rolling boil (5.5gal)
8) Add hops @ 45 mins
9) Add hops and 1/2 whirlfloc tab @ 5 mins
10) Chill wort to ~75F
11)Add to sani'd fermenter
12)Pitch yeast/clarity ferm
13) Ferment for 1-2 weeks
