In the 2nd iteration I'm swapping the Carafa special 3 to Chocolate wheat. I thougth last year's had a touch too much roasted flavours, I wanna see how the chocolate wheat will smooth that out. Adding some acidulated malt for better mash efficiency. I'm also bumping up the Simcoe hops to 50g and change the Citra dry hops to Cryo.
