This is more of a brown IPA.
Added the table sugar just to use it and get it out of the cupboard.
The first tasting of this is just a bit hoppy for the style and probably not the right hop selection.
Next time I will try a combination of willemate, Amarillo, and centennial. Possibily some casacde. Not convinced columbus is the correct hop for this style or I used too much.
