Notes

We started fermentation too hot (hot week and had no cooling). Temperatures were around 25 to 23 degrees (upper limit of yeast).

Beer had a nice IPA starting taste, but the finish was incredibly bitter/had weird notes to it (suspected due to ferment temperature).

Didn't really get much orange notes through, more tasted like orange peel than anything else.

Named after orange cat "Telly" who was a bitter little fella.
