Diacetyl rest at 75 % attenuation, 68 F for 2 days or until no change in specific gravity for 2 days.
Cool to 48 F over 2 days, rest additional 2 days, then closed transfer to keg, and Prime with 145 g corn sugar for carbonation, with spunding valve set to 24 psi, at ambient for 2-4 weeks.
Lager for 14-30 days at 3 C at 8 psi CO2.
