Notes

Add 4 gallons of lemonade to primary.
Add 1 gallon of hot tap water to primary.
1lb of sugar to primary

Bring 1/2 gallon of water to boil and add proper yeast nutrient until dissolved and add to primary.

Pitch Yeast. Set temp to 85.
Ferment for 1 week.

Transfer to secondary and add Meta and Sorbate.
Rest for 1 week.

Transfer to keg and add sugar and lemon juice to back sweeten.
Roll keg until dissolved.
