Tastes like cider, which is more than I can say for some “proper” cider homebrews I’ve had.

Not amazing or particularly complex but for how little effort went into it it’s well worth it. It’s nice to have something gluten free on tap too, especially heading into spring.

S04 was a good choice. It’s dry but not crazy dry. If the yeast keeps nibbling then I might have to back sweeten but the keg is sitting at 0C so I’m pretty sure I’ll kick the keg before the yeast is too greedy.
