Notes

I'm a fan of mixing traditions. This is not one of my best, but it does make a perfectly acceptable Octoberfest.
My English Lager and my oaked Hefeweizen are much better - more interesting, more surprising and really good.
This recipe simply incorporates an English malt into a Marzen recipe; I know I could take it a step or two further, but haven't.
