Notes

This is a light lager prepared in a small pot overstrength and topped off to hit lite beerness. It is inspired by an amazing woman I know (Wren), and her porch of peace and comfort. The spruce tips should be blanched prior to addition. As with all my no boil methods the hops are added as tea, half boiled in 1L of water and strained, half in a large French press.
