Imperial Cream Ale made w/ purple rice and ube extract.
It isn't an option in the ingredients tab, but you need to cereal mash the purple rice before your normal mash. Temp range for cereal mashing rice is between 152-172F. Hold for 30 mins before raising temp to a boil.
