This was a little sticky, more like an old ale than a Bock. Not undrinkable but the the yeast gave up at some point. I tried to coax it with a bit of shaking and upping the temp a bit but it wouldn't budge.

I was hoping for a drier finish. Next time I'll mash lower, boil shorter, and go harder on the bitterness to get a bit more balance.
