trying to reduce the OG even though I like and others like the Big blonde with higher OG. Will use this one with the lower Og to do B and S

Judge: Hop bitterness overpowers the malt flavors. Better balance would improve score

maybe reduce 60min hop addition to 0.5oz and increase 5min?
