Notes

A 30 minute boil was all this sucker needed for the bitterness I was looking for. This beer turned out crisp, clean and refreshing with a dry finish. I did an 11 gallon batch but split up the fermentation into 2 separate 5.5 gallon fermenters, with one fermenter utilizing Voss kveik at 85 degrees and the other utilizing lutra kveik at 75 degrees.

In general (and as expected), the lutra was the more popular and cleaner choice of the 2.
