Clear with dark straw color and rocky white head of foam

Lots of bread toast and slight lemon aroma

Medium body texture

Nice flavors of bread, toast and bread crust supported by light honey, floral, and lemon grass notes.

Checked a lot of boxes for fest bier. Maybe needed some extra time for a diacetal rest however.
