I would like to have used some 40l or something to get a bit of color in this but I have a lifetime supply of Crystal Rye, so in she goes.
This is a scaled-down version of "Summer in the City (IPL)" by Henrik Majberger (searchable), a WIP IPL utilizing Lallemand Novalager and on-hand hops.
