Whirlpool half of all hops in each batch at 85C for 10 min
Dry Hop (Day 15 for 3 days):
2.5 oz Simcoe
2.5 oz Cascade
1 oz Hull Melon
Mixed and divided for both batches
Also a Salt change for 3:1 (sulfure to chloride)
