Notes
2nd dry hop added at day 6 @ 68 degrees. Set inkbird to 72.
Dropped to 58 for soft crash on Sunday day 8.
Dropped trub and yeast on Monday day 9 and cold crashed to 40.
Dry hopped with 4oz citra on Sunday 5/26.
Finished at 1.013. Dropped second trub on Sunday 6/2.
Added gas on 5/27 at 8 psig.
Initial taste on 6/1 is promising. Little bit of hop burn.
