- Bake unspiced pumpkin at 350F for 45-60m, add to mash
- Bake oats at 375F for 15-20m, add to mash
- 2x yeast packs
11/08/2017 - added 1lb crystal 60L and changed to US-04 for a higher final gravity. this beer isn't nearly as good dry as it is with a higher fg.
