Notes
8 gallons @160 degrees. Target is 154 degrees for 60 minutes. Mash every thing for the full 60 minutes. Increase temp to 160 for 10 minutes then squeeze the bag. Target pre boil is 7 gallons.
Boil for 60 minutes. Hops all in for full time.
Brew day was very warm and humid. Hit the temps and times perfectly. Target pre boil was 7 gallons, but ended with 6.5.
Hops were added 12 hours later when temperature dropped to 68.
Very active fermentation in 24 hours. Smells good and the color is spot on.
