Notes
My low alcohol beer 49 was so nice Ive copied similar recipe for this beer, a normal IPA, but session beer <5% ABV.
Conditioned grains and milled No 5 speed 4 on Grainfather mill.
Usual soak. Shorter Mash and shorter Boil than my normal as I still achieved over 80% efficiency with Low Alcohol 49 that had 30 min boil and 40 min mash.
The 15 min Hops were the dry hops taken out of 49 and Frozen.
I will use this grain and sparge another 25L of water into the all in one and do a low alcohol beer from these used grains.
