Basis of decoction from Rothaus Tannenzapfle recipe in B&B Spring 2024. Grain basically most German pilsner recipes with a bit of Carahell added for colour and mouthfeel.
Best lager I have made to date - god bread flavour with relatively high bitterness. Maybe reduce bitterness a bit next time.
