Notes

Pilsen LME added for final 15 minutes. Original gravity actually 1.041 at 60F. 4/11/12 — Lagered since 3/2 and this one is excellent. Good mouthfeel, malt and hops nicely balanced, color only slightly darker than I had hoped.
