Notes
Water plan: Start with 4 gallons of filtered house water and 2 gallons of distilled water in the kettle for steeping and boil. At flame out, add enough distilled water to bring kettle to 5.2 gallons (if required). Target is 5 gallons into fermentor.
Late Malt Addition: Add last 3.3 lb can of LME at 50 minutes into boil.
Whirlpool: Cool wort to 180*, steep hops for 20 minutes.
