An homage to the salted nut roll

Kettle Caramelization reduced one gallon of first runnings to 50% (1/2 gallon)

Not sure what I was thinking regarding the yeast. Not the right choice. Some esters which don't really work with malt profile. Maybe a Munich Lager (2308) would have been better or even a basic American lager (2007) Oktoberfest?

Maybe even go with an ale yeast.
